Aftercare of your product

All kitchen ware are finished in two ways, oiled or left natural. Where a finish has been used, this will be an oil finish. This gives the wood a better resistance to water and other contaminates. For best results, before use, wipe all over with a vegetable oil, then after use wipe with a warm damp cloth, do not submerge in water or place in a dishwasher, dry with a paper towel, recoat with the vegetable oil and allow to dry, repeat as required. Where no finish has been used, this applies to the utensils mainly, i.e. spoons, spatulas, spurtles etc, wash as you would any other piece of cutlery, and dry thoroughly, these items will discolour over a period of time. This does not cancel your rights as a consumer.

We received this very pretty card (right) from one of our customers. The card has a woven insert onto which all the detail seen here has been sewn on.
