Above, A fruit bowl, we were asked to inscribe a birthday greeting onto the bowl, the bowl was approx 325mm in diameter and 80mm deep, the lettering was 20mm high and carved in relief style, that being all the background having been removed, leaving the letters standing proud. The inscription reads, Happy 80th Birthday— Moira Price for this work……£36.00 Carving by Alec Mutch. (inscription only), we did not make the bowl. |
